We’re proud to ship from the UK with love - now delivering to the US and across Europe.
- Flat Rate International Shipping: £15
Orders outside the UK may be subject to import customs, duties, and taxes upon delivery. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Timing is Everything
- Orders ship within 1-2 working days
- Delivery times vary by region, but you’ll get tracking the moment your order’s on the move
- If your order hasn’t arrived in 14 days, email support@bednerdz.com and we’ll track it down
Security Check
Choose a secure delivery address (especially if you share a building or have porch pirates nearby). Once a parcel is marked delivered, we can’t accept liability for missing items - but we’ll always try to help. If your delivery arrives damaged, opened, or missing contents, please take a photo of the packaging before opening and email it to us. If you’re home during delivery, you can also refuse the package and mark it as “Damaged/Opened/Missing content.”
Returns
We want you to love every purchase. If something’s not right, unopened and unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Just email support@bednerdz.com and we’ll make it easy.
Please note: for hygiene reasons, once a product has been opened or used, we can’t accept returns
